Here are the links for our FREE After-School Program Interest Forms for the 2 Programs we are hoping to start this Fall and Winter! Please fill out the forms if you want your student to participate!

To the families who signed up for the After-School Program and did not get an “acceptance” email! I emailed our YMCA Coordinators this morning after drop-off about how to go forward with your application.
If you’re already approved by E-LOP. You should’ve received an email from “Alaris” and you need to fill out those forms to be APPROVED by the YMCA After-School Programs.
It takes 24 hours to process, if more than 24 hours has passed since you filled out the forms and did not get an email from them : Please email Joan at this email: joan.velazquez@ymcasv.org, state you’re from Grant Elementary and send your children’s information and that you did not receive an acceptance email within 24 hour of finishing the forms.
